Anyone entering our store quickly notices: Our shop is deliberately designed to be easy to navigate, even with a large selection. Especially before New Year's Eve, when many impressions come together, clear structures, digital tools, and personal advice help make shopping more relaxed and efficient.
This article explains how our system works in the store and how you can best prepare for it.
The first impression in the store
Shopping with us doesn't begin with lengthy explanations, but with clear orientation. The products are clearly organized into categories and color-coded. This makes it easy to see at a glance which area is intended for whom. Many customers first get an overview, select suitable zones, and then delve into specific products.
NFC directly on the price tag
NFC plays a key role for us. Every price tag is equipped with an NFC chip. When this is scanned with a smartphone, the corresponding product page opens directly. There you will find additional information that wouldn't fit on the store shelf, such as further product details.
NFC works without an app. Usually, simply holding your smartphone briefly against the price tag is enough. If you're unsure, you'll of course receive assistance in the store.
In addition to price tags, we also use NFC in other areas. Vouchers can be redeemed via NFC. Our social media channels are directly accessible via NFC cubes and 3D logos. Access to Google reviews also works via NFC. The goal is to use NFC as a practical tool in everyday store operations, not as a technical gimmick.
For whom NFC is particularly helpful
NFC is particularly suitable for those who like to research, compare, or make decisions independently. Parents can look up information directly. Customers with clear ideas save time. Those with questions can use the information as a basis for a personal consultation.
It's important to us to understand that NFC does not replace personal consultation. It complements it. For personal questions, we are still available directly in the store.
Orientation through our color system
To help everyone find their way around quickly, our product categories are color-coded:
- Colourful - stands for children's items from 12 years of age
- Orange and grey - for young people aged 16 and over
- Red - for firecrackers and bomb tubes, ages 18 and up
- Violet - for rockets
- Black - for firework batteries
- Grey - for technical fireworks as well as Bengal lights and pyrotechnics
- Gold - for volcanoes
- Blue - for water toys
- Neutral - for cap guns
- White and glitter - for party decoration
This system is particularly helpful for first-time customers, enabling them to quickly find the right areas and navigate the product range with confidence.
ID and age verification
For certain categories, identification is required. Anyone wishing to purchase technical fireworks must bring valid identification. Proof of age is also required for minors. These checks are standard practice for us and ensure responsible handling of our products.
Preparation via the online shop
Our online shop displays the current stock levels in real time. This allows you to see which items are available and which are sold out before you even visit. This makes planning easier and prevents unnecessary disappointment.
Orders must be picked up by December 23rd at the latest. Pick-up will no longer be possible after this date. This policy helps us to remain fair and ensure a smooth operation in the store. We cannot guarantee open reservations beyond the holidays.
